We found Hygien Klean via an internet search, when looking for a regular domestic cleaner. Jacqui visited our house to give us an accurate quotation for a weekly cleaning and we were very impressed by her helpfulness and professionalism. The service her team have provided has always been reliable, effective and through, despite the challenge of cleaning a house in which many pets live! Jacqui and her team have always been very friendly and flexible to accommodate extra cleaning requirements (guest rooms ect) by prior arrangement. I contacted the owner of Hygiene Klean to do my ‘moving out’ clean for me. Although they were, clearly, extremely busy Jacqui came to assess the job & immediately set to on the blinds.
They managed to fit me in and do a highly professional job in a short space of time. The extra touches, such as effectively cleaning the shower head and screen to look like new, made a world of difference to leaving the house in a very well presented condition.

When we decided to take advantage of a domestic cleaning service we tried a couple of local people on an informal basis but this did not prove to be the most suitable arrangement. We decided to look for a more contractual and formal arrangement, looked on the internet and found Jacqui and Hygiene Klean.

We were more than happy with the professional and approachable manner our requirements were agreed, making the negotiations very comfortable.

We are very happy with the excellent service we receive from Hygiene Klean, defiantly superior to that we had received from previous cleaning services. We also take advantage of the ironing service which again is first class.
